Hi, I'm Heather, and I guess I'm a publisher. I started this journey as the mom of a prospective author (who was just 16). We started learning everything we could to write good books and get them into the hands of adoring fans. As my daughter's stories started coming together, we realized that I could publish them as a book of short stories. With the help of a fantastic mentor, we were able to put together Lin City Stories as the first book under the Unpredictable Publishing imprint. 

My kiddo is really good at predicting (ruining) movies and shows. Her goal is to write stories that are unpredictable...hence the name of my publishing company.

You may know me as a chemistry professor. That's what I do for many hours each day while the back of my brain is working through the next writing project. I get out of the house to teach fitness classes and play my bass clarinet. One project on my brain right now is closely related to music, so keep an eye out for it.
